How to Run Blip Reports
Diving Deep: Reports
All reports can be retrieved from the “Reports” section from your account dropdown menu. There are three types of reports you can retrieve for your client’s campaigns: Proof of Performance, Campaign Spend, and Invoice.
White-label and non-Blip branded reports are currently only available for Proof of Performance report, but we are working on making them available for Campaign Spend and Invoice.
Proof of Performance Reports
This report will show you exactly how much your client is paying per blip for every single flip in their campaign per sign and ad. This report is a complete breakdown of campaign spending and displays.
The price per blip for each flip is under “Amount Paid”.
Step 1: Hover over your organization’s name and click “reports” on the drop-down menu
Step 2: Under “reports” select “Proof of Performance”
Step 3: Select the date range for your report by setting a start and end date
Step 4: Select the Ads you’d like to view the performance of on the drop-down menu (select all if you would like to see activity across your entire account)
Step 5: Select “detailed” to see all information (otherwise you will only see information about Blips per location)
Step 6: Click “open”
Step 7: Periodically click on the “refresh” button until the status of the report shows a green calendar icon (some reports may take several minutes)
Once your report has loaded, click on the report to view.
Campaign Spend Reports
The campaign spend report shows the TOTAL spend on the campaign and the average total cost per blip.
You can run the Campaign Spend Reports the same way you run a Proof of Performance report. The start and end date are the dates for your campaigns.
The difference between a Campaign Spend Report and a Proof of Performance is that the Campaign Spend Report shows total average blips and spend per campaign, and the Proof of Performance report shows a cost and time breakdown of each display during your campaign.
A downloadable .csv file is available for Campaign Spend Reports.
Hover your organization’s name and click on “reports”
Make sure that the report “Invoice” is selected, select the month and year for your report, then click “open”
On your invoice, you can see the number of Blips received, the amount spent, payments processed, and your current balance.
This report is across your organization as a whole and does not specify spend per campaign or billboard.
